Why restrict the report?
Y’all are cowards.
This is the only attempt at transparency and here it is, removed not even a week later.
Looks like they restricted access to the average hours report.. Cowards!
It is completely LAN based.
I think going back and forth between LAN and Wifi connection sc--ws up the tracking also. I often disconnect from the LAN so I can go to a quieter location for a little while or take my computer to the cafeteria to work during lunch. The report is definitely missing some time. I keep track of my hours in a spread sheet.
“ Can anyone confirm? I tried to punch in other people's UIDs (besides my own) but it doesn't work. I am guessing you need to be a supervisor of those people to see their info?”
You can only see yourself and your direct reports
" The report is garbage. It reported only 1 or 2 hours a day in office when I am doing 5 hours a day"
Given that 5 is what you "say" you're doing, my guess is that you're not even doing that.
Regardless, 5 is going to get you flagged for counseling anyway. Just be aware.

My teams report was pretty accurate. A lot of people are going to freak out when they see this.
Just sitting back waiting for the class action lawsuit!
My coworker sits right next to me. He arrives around 7:45am, myself around 8:30 everyday. He typciallly leaves around between 4p-4:30. I leave at 5. His reporting shows him at in office like an hour each day between 2-3pm only while mines shower me in office at around 8:30 but misreports my end time at like 3:45 almost every day. Nothjng accurate about that. My coworker in another office has to be on the office wifi because the Ethernet ports on his floor don’t work….report never shows him in office. Good stuff.
They might as well just have a badge out besides badging in
" Please share how to find the report!"
Go to the Insider or HR One Stop. Search on "How and Where We Work" Find "Presence Reporting". Under Presence Report (Supervisors) -- you don't need to be a supervisor to view your own info---click on View Report--- left hand side "Average Hours Report" "My Average Hours" click around in there ---click " get started" until you can punch your UID in and see your info.
This new report is proof that they don’t care about hours worked outside the office, and they aren’t even tracked.
If you are working any extra hours from anywhere but the office you are just making a fool of yourself.
8 and skate, it can wait. This is the way.
" It reported only 1 or 2 hours a day in office when I am doing 5 hours a day. "
I wonder how much of this is true.
Because honestly, it got my average hours pretty close to exactly right.
That said, our VP is saying to ignore it for the time being, as they have concerns about its accuracy. So there you have it I guess.
The report is garbage. It reported only 1 or 2 hours a day in office when I am doing 5 hours a day. They know the reports are not accurate and are looking to fix them. Managers are to get pinged every 20 minutes but doesn’t always work. I’m going to take a picture of myself in office by clock on arrival and when I leave. This place is ridiculous.
Please share how to find the report!
soon staying in the office 24/7 will be the minimum requirement. #DallasBound
F0rk them AND their “reports”!
Let's just get right to the ankle bracelets already.
We knew they were tracking, question is, how do they plan to utilize the data? What about field visits, etc? Data alone doesn’t tell the whole story. Once again I feel like we’re in kindergarten and need to raise our hand. I was sick with flu last week, took several days off as ill, are they going to slap my hands about that? Lots of coughing and sneezing in office, everyone is afraid to stay home. Pathetic leadership we are currently working under.
The safe mark is staying at or above 6 hours per day as an average. Anything below that is a flag. Any excused time off recorded in infor isn’t included in the report.
I think the DOGE team built this report. LOL
When I try to access the report it says that only supervisors have access. Is there a non-supervisor version that I'm not seeing?
Found it.
They got my days in the office right, but the start and end times are trash. Its working well for me because its saying I'm in the office WAY more than I am, except for 1 day, and then its completely messed up the other way.
I'm so glad this is what the company is spending time on.
I can't get help on my application to fix all of the problems left by the contracting company that I took it over from, but we can pay people to do these reports. Its no wonder most employees think we work for id--ts.
Yup, just found this. Wow.
Where do you go to access this report?
"Fake"
Not fake. I am looking at the report now. My initial reaction is I cannot believe I work for a company who tracks this cr-p. They want us to live this "AT&T Guarantee" mindset but treat us like class x felons. I will continue to do the bare minimum - 8 and skate!
"Not OP, but you can actually check it out yourself. Access the How and Where we Work PowerBI report, then find the new category: Average Hours Report"
I checked my own data, and it is far from reality. It actually shows me in the office on weekends and starting days @ 0345.
My average time is in the 11's and 12's. The report is complete garbage.
Fake
Gonna share anything about it?
Not OP, but you can actually check it out yourself. Access the How and Where we Work PowerBI report, then find the new category: Average Hours Report
Expand My Average Hours, then click on Employee Details. You can type in your ATTUID here to see your average hours. The report is split into three categories:
Less than 8 hours, 8+ hours, and total hours. Each one has days in office and average hours.
I'm guessing as long as you're totaling above 8 hours average per day per month, you should be fine.
Gonna share anything about it?
