- US West
- Resources

You can find the severance information on the portal. 2 weeks for each year is standard.
as @audj and other said, it's 2 years per year worked (if laid off - if terminated due to perfom reason, you get nothing). Also, Managing Directors have a different arraingement (especially pre IPO partners)
2 weeks for each year of employment unless fired for cause.
2 weeks is for the US business, consulting. Things differ per geography.
Massive layoffs are coming, they may furlough some folks.
This is worse than 2001 and 2008 (I've survived both)
Is 2 weeks common or a norm? Can they override?
