@at It’s like you were trying to sound uneducated on purpose. T-Mobile US (aka the T-Mobile that does business in the United States) is not a foreign company. You are confusing T-Mobile US with Deutsche Telekom, which is an entirely different company based out of Germany. DT owns a majority of T-Mobile US shares, but the two companies operate completely independent of one another. T-Mobile US only has a very small number of customer service employees located internationally.

Not true on T-Mobile. They are doing the opposite. They are shutting down dealer stores and have reduced their outsourcing of customer service. Their store build in rural has all been corporate stores.
They’re doing the opposite of what we’re doing.
TMO is no better than us as far as a Corp goes. In fact much, much, worse. A non- American company with minimal US workforce. They can offer cheaper products because most of their employees are off-shore and their on shore employees are paid considerably less. Don’t fall for the cheap shiny toy model. Things are not great right now at VZ but TMO is awful.
