my friend in CCB says they are moving to DevOps model.. anyone heard of it ? How about CIB or AWM ?

@ab People who are technical will survive in anyway.. but other who just sit around and do nothing , only survive on politics will suffer and RIFed soon..

Old school stuff. You build it you run it. Still not implemented correctly, by may be a step in the right direction and a drop in the ocean. Years behind tech companies.
Oooh DevOps model ... PIB .. KYA ... RIF model ... you will like it. Change is good.
