With Morton departing, TR has announced another reorg. I suppose in the absence of any real progress, reorgs and in-depth documentation is considered progress. Is this orginaization serious about anything?

KA sent a similar mini-VOE meeting invitation for 2 meetings to a "targeted" group of employees.
These mini-VOEs are Catch & K!ll tactics similar to what the media tabloids do, and these tactics are used to protect Citi in case Citi could get Regulatory fines or hit with violations of Law.
Citi will then know how to protect and defend itself.
Don't be a Svcker and do NOT do the mini-VOEs.
IF AN's World and KA are doing this, other Citi Departments are most likely doing the same. If you notice, these mini-VOE meetings are being sent out After the main VOE was completed in October.
Be careful of emails sent by CL in TR's world about a mini-VOE BullSh!t about "collaboration and how we work".
The pre-email said the mini-VOE will be sent to a small, targeted group of Employees-Svckers.
This is a trap in disguise to catch employees who do NOT drink the Fvcked Up po!soned Citi Koolaid and who will be targeted for Layoffs and/or Br@!n-washing to inveigle the Employees-Svckers to accept policies and processes as they are.
Do NOT do the mini-VOE And do NOT be a Svckers.

There are several "David Griffiths" in Citi.
The poster was differentiating and highlighting which one of the "David Griffiths" is under TR and Co-CIO. And that one has an " s " at the end of their surname.
No need to be nasty, condescending and rude. Citi is already full of "Managers" like that, unless of course you're one of them. Then it's No wonder.

Overwhelming majority of the "Directors" in Business Architecture are more interested in protecting their fiefdoms than they are in results.
The process models su-k because fixing them would mean the "process model fixing" people lose their jobs.
Did I mention that there are AI projects going on in there in which the director responsible for one of them is willfully defrauding Model Risk Management?
