Its 4days a week RTO. Where is everyone?

Senior employee with No Ford Pension owed to me, I do not keep track of my badge swipes and basically have been keeping a fairly regular schedule using the normal amount of vacation days.
I have not received a non-compliance email and if I do it will be ignored.
What building are you talking about? If you don't get to pdc by 7 you are walking a long way to park. Get here after 9 and you're on the top deck of the AEC deck.
Where am I? Waiting for my job to get shipped to India, China, or Mexico.
The real answer? It was an Indian holiday........
The truth is, the lies about parking, fights over chairs and work stations, people, people sitting in the floors, were just that: lies.
People hate RTO, I get that, but don't lie.
Different dynamics on different days. Mondays are low attendance. Tue/Wed/Thu the buildings are overcrowded sweatshops.
Any contract employees don't have to return to the office. They are allowed to sit at home.
I thought there were fights over the desks because it was so full. Which is it?

Turns out people are pi---d off. You can only threaten and push people so far before they start ignoring you. I’m amazed how little our people leaders understand people.
Yeah, they can't fire us all, remember you cannot use AI for personnel decisions.
I was shocked too maybe they all went to the new building.
A lot of no-shows at my office. Looked even worse than prior to 3 day RTO. People are giving HR the fingerr, and I dont blame them after getting that repulsive email.
