The video made one thing perfectly clear: when LBT talks about the importance of retaining "top talent" he is NOT referring to workers, he's talking about leadership. To him "talent" is at the top, and that's what he's focused on keeping. Anyone below the VP level is just a worker bee and is entirely expendable/replaceable.
