Watching this company operate in the last few years is like seeing a three-year-old try to assemble IKEA furniture: no clue what they're doing, but damn sure they don't need instructions. Meanwhile, the rest of us are stuck holding the pieces together with duct tape while pretending this is fine. At what point do we admit this isn't bad luck, it's a business model?

The words "Chevron" and "Leadership" don't go together.
It looks like they are already working towards the next reorg...... in 2028..... as this one is ANOTHER MESS.....
Everything will be Ok as long as the CVX dividend is paid. Management is irrelevant. Large CVX institutional investors like Vanguard own over half the stock and don't care if the company is going into the toilet as long as they get their dividend. They will flip the stock quickly when the lack of finding oil, and reduced income cant support the dividend. The Chevron stock price will implode as the institutional investors dump the stock.
How about you only have a page of instructions because "they're still working on it"
NH was the only one with any idea how to run a company, yes not perfect but he had to be removed by the usless LT so he didn't show them up.
