Anyone that has left, any job leads for those of us still here? I dont think I can do this much longer. Leads or websites you had luck. Maybe others will find this one helpful too!

My advice is to try to search for jobs that are different from medical solutions. I feel like that’s what majority are doing because they want to stay in healthcare staffing. It’s a dying industry. I found a job in a COMPLETELY different field and my new boss is amazing. I thought I’d always see myself with medical solutions and not at all where I’m going but sometimes things happen for a reason. I hope everyone finds something that brings them joy - and CONNECT with people on linked in and NETWORK!! Trust me.

I also was lucky and found a position doing the same type of work that I was doing at MedSol. It took about 4 months to find this position and thankful that I saved money while at MedSol to where I was able to not work during that 4 month period. I've been with the company for nearly a year now.

Throughout this past year, my whole team has reached out to me at different times while still being at MedSol. Some have been able to find new positions and have left. Others are still looking and planning on departing from MedSol. I've been able to send some job links to those on my previous team to help or offer being a reference for them when applying to positions. I've been able to keep in touch with my team which I'm extremely grateful for after my time at MedSol. A couple of them have been offered those positions and let me know after they received an offer.

MedSol is a horrible company looking back and reflecting, but the people I met along the way I will always cherish and wish them nothing but the best! No one deserves to be treated the way we did at this company and their is a beautiful life after Medical Solutions.

Keep searching and using your resources and something will open up to all of you left at the company.

I just hate everything anymore. Im stressed. Tired. I wish I could just leave but I can't do that with the obligations I have. I have to ensure I make a certain amount to make things work. Im honestly afraid I'm going to chew out the wrong people and get myself fired and I'm not usually that way. But I'm mentally drained and burnt out.

I was so fortunate enough to have enough money saved that I was able to go a few months without a job. I got lucky and found a job near me that's basically identical to what I did at MedSol, but it's a small business and a more consistent field, so it feels much more stable. Had to take a slight pay cut, but it's better than nothing. Keep your head up high, and try to stay strong. The right opportunity will come.

Things are pretty tight out there right now, but I am checking internally with peers to see what's available/upcoming to try to rescue whoever I can from the hellscape that is MedSol.

Get on all the job sites and apply, apply, apply. It's a numbers game at this point.
