I’m a little underwhelmed by the c-suite reorg. I was really hoping to see more change. It’s nice that some of the execs are finally getting a similar treatment that regular employees get. But we need more outside leaders to come in if we want to change this stale and insular culture.

@OP - I disagree with your comment regarding “similar treatment “…. Their severance package means they would not need to work again.

Agreed. So much hype around change and now the only practical change is upstream/downstream, which a child could’ve told you was the right idea
Why not comment this on the existing thread about the announcements? You seem to think your banal talking point deserved its own special space?
This basically confirms we still have low processing capability ullage that still needs to be worked out of the org.
