If you want the package talk to your boss by end of day Monday to secure your spot. You may be saving someone else’s role that needs the job.
I will be the happiest camper in the RV park if I get a severance package.
Don't bet on the "they won't layoff winner's circle" - check the comp plan. It has been a few years since I saw one, but there was language in there in the past "if you're rif-notified, you're a no-go"
LOL, there are no layoffs coming anytime soon... You people need to get a life! Someone told me about this site today and I had to pop in and see, shocking the utter made up tosh here I am reading! Is this what you all waste your free time with...? Sad to be you people, bye bye!
@b2 uhmmmm . There’s a reason they are in the winners circle. They ain’t getting’ laid off for sure! Wake up, stupid!
@cc names out of a hat
May the Severance
@c7 how were they decided? Pay, performance, role?
May 7th is confirmed. Names are already known.
@ag Correct. Bad managers & ADs. A technical Supervisor reporting directly to a VP would streamline the process to achieve much higher efficiency.
If true, they’d potentially be laying people off attending winners circle :’)
@aq you are 100% wrong. You are definintely new. The layoffs are ALWAYS the Thursday before a payday, this has been the case for over 15 years.
It’s a pay week, generally these events happen on a non pay week, another made up date.
Which VP?
I hope the other posts about a certain VP is true and he is at top of list. This place needs to change and starting with bad managers.
