I read when FB was in charge he changed the severance package from 2 week to one week per service year. Is that still the case under ML with the recent layoffs? If it went back to 2 weeks, still capped at 26 weeks?

Mine was capped at 26 weeks earlier this year.
@aq the policy doesn’t say anything about them giving working notice or non-working paid notice or no notice + full severance. And there’s nothing about what happens to unused PTO time, do they give a payout?
The policy is in fuel with revision dates.
