@at idk if it is still the case but when I was in Jeffersonville the HR/IT team had to be notified of returning equipment, and then it would be brought to the main building and left with a security guard. If you have to do that I would take a picture of where you left it as the security guard won't give you anything stating you returned it. (or they never did at Jeff)

Laid off in Aug 2024. Got a severance package…..and Yes there is life beyond GPN. Took me 10 months to land a job. Market is brutal. Good luck to everyone

@at Nobody contacted me to return the equipment ( Laptop and two monitors). The disable my account on the last day, and paid me my severance package on the next pay date.

@aq after my layoff last May, my 90 day update would have been a little bleak. I took two months off to be with my wife and kids and enjoy our summer, then hit my search hard in August. I was contacted by a recruiter for an unposted position at an F500 fintech in September and received an offer in October.

@as just clarifying the process to return equipment. Have to open a service desk ticket and preferably return equipment to a local office. That’s about it.

There is life after Global…is what I hear over and over from people who have moved on. I’m optimistic that this will turn out to be a huge weight lifted and you’ll be happier. I would really love for people to come back to this post and give an update in 90 days. Good luck all. Let’s all try to find our fulfillment outside of work!
