Accenture has stated internally that some of its AI initiatives have not met expectations. Additionally, there are concerns about roles being transitioned to India and Costa Rica. Within the DIS group, under the leadership of Chelsea Eliot, several employees have raised complaints regarding discriminatory behavior and unfair treatment toward Black and Latino employees. These concerns have been formally reported.
Microsoft is moving most operations to Costa Rica, Pinterest is reducing headcount, Accenture appears to be experiencing a decline.
