You stayed at dell to long and you working for a company like Dell never turns in anyone’s favor unlike if you worked for a company like tootsie roll who takes care of there people like family

If I was still working for Dell today I would have been $500K richer and I doubt that they would give me a package. They would have been waiting me out.

I like my job a lot, but hate the company. Could I have left for a better job sure, but i actually love what i do and whom i work with and for. i don't like the company itself but most companies are not a whole lot different anyways...
