I heard the same with most cuts coming from Visible employees as they have done the most damage to Value. You heard it here first. They are researching what went wrong and who was responsible for the mess that cost millions in lost customers, 4 hour wait times and high churn. This is why the leadership was already booted to marketing.

Human Resources team is a joke. As a senior leader in the old GTS, I had a ring side seat to how they kissed a-s of the SVPs , gossiped around and even shared confidential info about what the SVP thought of VPs. There is a special place in he-l for these mo--ns.

HRBPs support band 5+ now, which is why it may appear they're not visible. HR Answers supports everyone else

@a1 I do remember when they rolled out their AI system for HR and they said that we would cut costs by not having to have HRBPs and we would rely on some silly AI system to handle all requests. 6+months later, and we still have all the HRBPs.....

I too can completely make up scenarios.

Human resources is being combined with retail. If you ask about insurance, you are sold a phone. 75 percent reduction in headcount.
