P24 seems like a golden age now that Project Mongoose is in effect. Instead of (for most countries) voluntary redundancy, your name and role are on a list. Works council stated this will be an annual thing. So much for the feeling of community at SAP. Also when did the T4 level become poison? Speaking informally with HR T4 positions are not really sought after. T1, T2 highly sought. It's brutal out here now.

Hi All - its in EU. To my understanding, each MU was given targets to cut. And these individuals are being contacted now. Maybe it's because we have new leadership in my dept., but it seems that this roll out of cuts is not clear in advance. The people I know who were contacted were very much caught off guard.

Probably it looked like golden age for you as you weren't impacted. I was and I can tell you it was much more brutal than now.
It is true teams notified in UK, broader announcements Oct 20 and impacted have until Nov 30
