@aq this is what should have been done long ago, cutting low value add groups and not paying people to volunteer to leave.

Probably never again will there be VSP or ERP.

Only time will tell if these reductions actually improve the organization, but good to see that they have taken time to make the choices, rather than some blanket reduction as was done in the past.

The use of fixed reductions on all groups stopped making sense when the business stopped producing growth. It has taken till now to change the focus to one of actual restructuring.

The exits should be done quickly, especially if those being cut have no chance at redeployment. Just get it done.

Why is intel sugarcoating this? It's ISP, involuntarily separation.

Christy and that lame@$$ "corporate people movement". When she left they should've retired that acronym.

I'm so glad I took my ERP when I was offered it last September.
