Complete and total disregard for DCO. People get Covid like crazy and not a word from above. Just keep coming in. Don't worry if you get covid you can use your vacation time while the rest of us stay home. You should all be ashamed for the way you have treated DCO not even a pizza for Christmas, but by all means donate it to Red Cross. Keep up the great work DCO if not for you the company would have nothing. People at the top are greedy and clueless on how to operate a company. By all means stay home stay safe, the fools will come in.

Dco still the only ones doing everybody else's work while they sit home as the pandemic is basically over. Again thanks for the support from upper management for doing a bang-up job. You realize at some point dco will get sick and tired of doing everybody else's job back of the matter is they already have just going through the motions

We HAVE heard from management - once a quarter we get a heartfelt copy/paste email from not-bald-TP to "stay safe!" and "get in here or die trying!".

I hear 401 data center is a covid breeding ground two more people now have it. Still not a word from upper management. Amazing unbelievable ridiculous stupid cheap selfish I guess those people will be out of sick time use it all for covid don't get sick the rest of the year though

@5frn+18WJ0rlY AGREED! Most of management just goes with the flow. They comply with their orders. The majority of the directors to vp are spineless cowards who can't land a better job elsewhere. They can't innovate and advance but they follow and obey.

DCO and RSOps band together and stop saying Yes to the man. The only way is to have our managers feel the pain then pass that to their directors. Send it all the way up.
Why should we continue to make their lives easier as we are just getting used. Let's get the word out they aren't anything without us. What can happen? Fire us? Most of us want to leave. Let's leave mgmt left racking and stacking and doing the work for everyone else.

Any management that might have cared about the people are long gone. I pity those that have to put up with all the cost cutting and continuously looking over their shoulder. :-(

Sungardas is a garbage company hanging on by strings. DCO definitely is getting the short end of the stick. If you guys striked for a day the message would hit home hard and fast ... you can’t replace your team with someone in india or anyone without months of training to get the lay of the land
They have no idea how much dissension they have in DCO and no raises two years now. It's getting old DCO doing everybody's job so they can stay home. People just going through the motions we care about as much as they do. It's just getting worse and worse.
The company should’ve been more generous around the holidays and SKO to all employees. More heavily for the dco with what they went through in 2021. The spend on SKO this year was nowhere near as prior years. Definetly don’t have employees interest at top of mind
