Another RTO in MN?

We are hearing rumors in CRM that there will be another return to office, but for remote employees. Anyone else hear this? Are there specific roles being changed or all remote employees?

Robin, the IT virtual assistant here. I have offspring that will replace 90% of leadership roles.

"WFH"? AI can't replace you soon enough.

@cg

With all the interaction between our colleagues in India, remote work is possible and even ideal.

RTO does su-k. Expensive, time consuming, harder to get work done, adds no value when one is in virtual meetings anyway.

If it happens to you, just go in 2-3 hours a day. No one cares. Most people I know go in at 8-9 and leave at lunch. Work from home the rest of the day like God intended.

@ap not really. UK has no real office. Watford office is only one floor. Used to be 2 floors - because of massive cuts they returned 1 floor

So most that work from UK. We are remote working.

They are doing this so people will just quit instead of RIF people. It’s diabolical

Remote employees are on borrowed time. The whole org is moving toward RTO.
