Lip’s buzz words are not used by himself. Where’s his accountability and ownership of what happened at Cadence under his watch? He’s not even addressing those questions. Even when the President of the USA is asking for national security reasons. If you follow the money you can read between the lines. He needs to answer questions about Cadence and not skirt things by moving to another company and doing the same thing. Intel leadership needs to wake up and also take some accountability and ownership for hiring him without properly vetting him.

@ft my team was full of underperforming people who did not care to improve but all they cared about was the optics and pay attention to DEI over actual results and hold meetings after meetings with no end in sight. I am glad I am out of that place
