I agree. She is not great. There are many qualified people. Why did he choose this person from a small company and with no semi experience, no real big company GC experience. I thought April didn’t qualify. This is worse. Same story, bad hires, different CEO. The guy who couldn’t plan, proven after many, many years, is now exec staff responsible for planning, the guy who was a horrible sales person is now chief sales, cfo who is an utter and dismal failure in every respect (his latest genius selling 49% of Ireland fab to Apollo for 11.2 billion in 2024 and buying it back for 14.2 billion recently. Wow) he is still responsible for Intel’s finances….

Noting but another bit of cronyism.
LBT will get his people in place and part Intel out to the highest bidder.

She is out of her league. Intel is 100X bigger and more complex than Zoom. Legal person no HR experience. Legal for a large multinational semi is alot different than a small SW SaaS company.
We are in trouble.
Obviously she is a friend if LBT, turns out LBT investment company invested in Zoom!

Four vp’s in HR have been let go, told services are no longer needed. They found new gigs or will be leaving soon. HR definitely needs an overhaul. The only thing the current HR knows how to do is layoff a bunch of people and hire a bunch of people.

A quote for our HR VPs, Costco co-founder Jim Sinegal famously stated, "You can't say, 'people are our most important product,' and then treat them like sh-t"

Excellent a twofer this is the kind of actions need. Plus an attorney that understands what and how far we can go with employee relations items is excellent. Kudos on this decision
