Were you a VSP or ISP from "cascade 2" or is this more of their quiet layoff BS they are doing to where it doesn't make local news headlines?
How would they not provide severance later? Sounds like a scam.
So, you're saying they'll fire you for cause?
The push is because ELT wants to lower headcount cost and replace with either lower paid, younger people in the same role or outsource/offshore the role so the cost is pennies on the dollar for the same work even if it is half the quality.
Money has become ELT's God.
