offer letters are sent out in email Sept 22. doesn't mean there will be no more consolidation over time, but supposedly it gives you until July 2026 on your current terms.
after that, compensation for many will be lower.
no one really cares about Routing, Security, and Switching. That's not where the dollas at. Look at any recent large multiMM infrastructure deals and Routing, Security, and Switching always a small very tiny piece of the bill.

Major layoffs happening sadly for Jnpr sales in favor of HPE headcount. Concern is that Juniper Sales doesn't understand HPE solutioning, especially outside of networking / security. Wouldn't you agree? Source: happy hour with mouthy HR director.
Yes, they want you to PIP so they don't have to layoff. Cheaper and easier for greedy them.

Heard the "special" PIPs have been going out hard last week and this week. 3 months and you get to work out the current month paid.
