What an absolute ‘kin cluster. I’ve never seen such mis management - Andy grove, Sean malloney, Paul ottelini, Noyce are rolling there graves - what an absolute disgrace. The whole thing should be closed down and let’s let someone start again. LBT can’t and isn’t going to fix this - just as PG couldn’t. All that’s happening right now is that employees and their families are having their lives ruined - I genuinely can’t believe that people are behaving like this is , totally acceptable… it’s a 200% unadulterated disgrace.

Two thousand people doing more politics than packaging. 20 VPs and fellows in packaging alone. Fire most of them. Retain 1-2 may be. Ridiculous bureaucracy. Still hiring people while firing brazenly. Very bad entitled culture in management. Most management has no technical edge. Run for your life.

Managers here need to be replaced by AI completely. Fire every single one.
