Thread regarding Citigroup Inc. / Citibank / Citi layoffs

RTO/Hybrid at Citi

Got laid off last year from a bank and am considering some IT roles at Citi as the job market is picking up recently (and my experience has been in tech banking). Thought about applying at JPM but 5 days/week in Jersey City is not doable for me. BNYM is now 4 days/week, pushing to 5 soon - and tech jobs are in JC.

How is RTO/hybrid at Citi? Number of days in office (any flexibility)?

Would appreciate if someone could let me know whether there are offices in White Plains (NY) or Stamford (CT), as I live between those two cities. If not, 388 Greenwich it is.

Thanks!

Post ID: @OP+1jpjtknd2 There's a large Rutherford, NJ office mostly tech.

And if you weren't so lazy, you could simply filter the Citi Career Website by City or location instead of wasting people's time on this site. Maybe this is why you got Laidoff !

3 days in office and no sign of it changing. Many teams don't track so don't be surprised if you find out no one really comes in. I know there's one office in CT, don't remember which location though. There's also Long Island City and Jersey City

I believe RTO is a scam. As long as the project needs you, you will be retained.
I would advice you to reconsider your offer other than RTO for additional benefits if any.
