The ELT should take a look at this page to see how many of us hate this place and how many are desperate to leave. It would be a true wake-up call for some of them. What does it say about the company when every other post is people praying to find something else ASAP?

Your banker made a huge mistake if he lent you a 2.6 percent mortgage in 2003.
I paid off the balance of my 30 year conventional mortgage with 8 years left.
The mortgage interest rate was locked in at 2.6%.
Did I make a mistake?
The sad thing is that they really don't care. At. All. I have been in many meetings where this has been made abundantly clear. When I referenced but if we do such and such then really that one resource will not have a job, and I was told by an executive "we are not here to give people jobs". Noted.

@an+1jjkwvy9g is a fool. Highly valued stock at the expense of worker health and safety is shameful. I suppose you support child labor and sweatshops too as long as the stock value is high? There needs to be balance and respect in both directions for long term success. I suspect you’ve never experienced layoff or hardship, but give it time you will. In the meantime, enjoy the immediate gains and think of this post when you hit the first bump in the road and can’t make rent, struggle to feed your family, or insure a child for critical care.
