Thread regarding SAP layoffs

SAP subsidizing employee paychecks

The new guidance for external entertainment has SAP account executives paying out of pocket for meals with clients. SAP will not reimburse employees when the bill (that is largely out of AE control without being deemed hawkish) exceeds $150 per person.

AE’s are now forced to have an appetizer or salad, watch their clients feast all while nervously running the risk of having to pay out of pocket for the meal.

This policy transcends AE travel as well. Our company Concur settings are developed to keep AE’s in the cheapest seat possible. Need more room? Get out your credit cards.

Company mandated events that include early meetings require an AE to travel via red eye or pay for a hotel out of pocket the night prior.

Salespeople are now considered cattle. Money problems much?

@amr+1t6YS29R CK gets his Adidas shoes for free. That's why he is on their board.

Also OP wtf are you complaining about???

Just arrange to eat at a modest price place, and/or mention the cost limit to clients when ordering.

Can't believe you are crying about getting paid for a "job" where you sit around in restaurants eating $150 meals and talking bullsh-t...

My first SAPPHIRE included $600 bottles of wine. AEs just made up customer names so that it was within guides.

Money is used by Christian Klein flying SAP jet and for buying all his Adidas shoes.
