Thread regarding SAP layoffs

US Ask me anything with TS, MA and JG

Thoughts on this? More general BS or or post large layoff related BS?

It was always my fear that JG, who ruined HPOM to the point where Cagan distanced himself from the SAP implementation, was sent to the US to get board-ready.

Now the worst case scenario seems likely: he might be the successor of MA.

Dark times ahead indeed.

With JG there specifically, I would guess a heavy impact to US-based employees.

The acquisition employees in Germany outside of Walldorf and Sankt Leon Rot will be the first to be dropped like a hot potato. They are seen as too woke and they generally do not agree with SAP bureaucracy. I guess they will get the boot this year.

The share price is too low right now. The executive board has no idea other than send their HR dogs to initiate layoffs. This is the only thing that can allow them to prop the share price up and sell shares so they can profit.

We’re paying millions to these executives so they can conduct insider trading and sc--w us over with layoffs. SAP employees really have a fetish for inflicting pain upon themselves.

What are we going to do next? Reprimand them by increasing executive bonuses? These are the last two years for CK and most of the board. So they will use it to maximize their personal earnings by extracting every dollar and euro that they can from the company coffers.

@aj mine too! I also noticed that they initially left the invitees and various DL’s visible. There were three HRBP’s invited to the the meeting.
