I got the same ock of cheese...sigh
No, nada
15 percent and 3 percent increase
For some people flat. Others up and some down. Overall flat to slightly up.
@am What severance package if any were you offered?
If someone thinks higher rating gives you higher bonus , no you will be disappointed. Rob Peter, give to Tom is the game. At group level it’s flat. They give 0 to who they don’t like and reduce to people to encourage to leave. I was told so too … encourage.
They are giving out zero bonuses to many of those on upcoming layoff lists...hoping people leave prior to the Feb, March and June layoffs scheduled so they can avoid paying out severance.
Got a 2/3 but was RIFed this month. They said all benefits I earned will still be provided yet I did not get my bonus.
They said bonus is performance based and being RIFed is not.
Bonus variations between ratings in back office are not significant, +-10%, robbing Peter with 3 rating to pay Paul with 2 rating. But in our team variation with respect to previous years was almost 50%, that can't be down to rating only...
It is based on your year end rating. ‘What’ is how the bonus is distributed. The manager said pool is flat in mid back office. But 2 got increased, 3 most flat in my group
Bonuses are not equally affected, it depends on teams, etc. I can say that in middle office they were down by quite a bit. In my case 50%, I almost got the same bonus as someone one level below. Seems like they want me out.
