40% is the only way to match inflation so this point. It’s also what unions have been getting since the pandemic.

So.. never a 40%. Funny.

Never a 1% increase in retiree medical. Cost of coverage to be paid by company was capped previously. Cost now above that. Dollars over the max amount are now being paid by retirees. Only pre-Medicare. Medicare status quo. Pre—Medicare has options for other plans and HRAs. All of that will remain. Retiree medical off the table now.

@OP 40% increase?! Yeah, and if my Aunt had ba--s she’d be my Uncle! 40% is a fantasy, was never proposed and would never happen. At best it’s 10% cumulatively over the life of the contract.
