it will take it and do it everytime. if it can pay them less they will do it. Get worse insurance coverage Dell will do it. if they can take advantage and the employee suffers Dell will do it.

@a4 ask UPS drivers how that union is working with current buyout.
Unions would not help much. Our IP jobs can easily be moved overseas. The limited manufacturing jobs, not as quickly moved, but remember, Dell used to produce computers in the United States.
I’m not saying no to a union, but let’s consider if the unionized jobs will still exist in a year.
