There's years of accumulated IP that needs to be inspected and capitalized on. IBM's savings grace. I have to believe the Power-Forward has this activity in-flight right now, not relevant to the worker bees, thus much of the silence and lack of direction

The product is a competent PDK designed collaboratively with customers.
An IP library consistent with customer requirements.
Tooling that matches customer requirements.

Intel is so far behind in all of these.
They should just give up given the massive capital expenditures required to develop these.

Pivot to fabless and at least recover some valuation probably more than AMD right now.
