Thread regarding Dell Inc. layoffs

Working nonstop

I can’t get any meaningful work done at all over the weekdays. I am working my whole weekend away. When will it end?

@am+1jp771er1 - I really hope you're trolling. If you're taking PWT to "get work done", you need to reevaluate your life's decisions.

Dell doesn't care about you. Assuming you're salary, put in your 40 hours, get done what you can get done, then stop.

This is all by design. RTO is really Return to never ending workday if you don't draw the line. Meetings and 'Collaboration' during the day and work all night to keep from drowning.

Welcome back!

As long as you folks make the system work it won't change. We all have to let the system fail in order for the higher ups to even consider fixing it.

Thank you, someone actually said it.

Im taking sick days to get work done. Days are now full of so much non productive form filling and planning documents that we dont get any work done.

Why would you give an extra minute to this POS company? Although what could you possibly be working on during the week?!?!?
