Same long term cash incentive as 2024, far exceeds out my APB around 64% I believe it was. Not surprised considering.

@am+... if you are planning on staying around this is the best time to get an exceeds. Upcoming layoffs probably won't have voluntary options and will likely be performance based. Having an exceeds puts you squarely in the safe sector. Take a look at recent earnings reports, few companies are projecting strong results for at least the first half of 2025. A lot of companies are reducing head count. You really don't want to be getting into this job market. Congrats on doing a great job!
