(DEI) includes white men, as well as people of all ages, races, ethnicities, genders, s-xual orientations, and other identities. DEI is about creating a more inclusive environment for everyone. This also include veteran .....this the standard definition

White women are the biggest beneficiary of DEI. (Forbes 2023 and every other source). For a fascist country removing DEI programs achieves the goal of “putting people back where they belong” in relation to mediocre straight white men.
People with disabilities. Veterans. The Indigenous. People of color — the billionaires want you back where you belong. White Women, get back to the kitchen and stay barefoot (or Trad Wife) and pregnant.
That is the “great national rebirth” these fascists want, that’s great again.
History will define ANYONE who serves this felonious, fascist administration harshly. But in the mean time, we watch them raid the public coffers and cement themselves in infamy.
What is Elon doing with the treasury data? Why is Elon feeding your SSN, property, and tax data into his AI? Now that all Americans SSN’s have been breeched by Elon and his gang of teen marauders, how will the head of the SSA keep us from being ripped off? Will Fiserv be the company that manages 330 million new citizen IDs? How will Frank and Fiserv and the American public benefit from the ongoing data coup that Frank will be helping to enable?
These are the kinds of DEI concerns I have over mediocre white men.

TAP and Veteran programs are both obvious and extreme forms of DEI. Hire people based on ability to do the job. It isn't our fault if the military or college don't prepare people. People need to upskill to survive.
DEI means hiring based on some characteristic that someone got from being born instead of MERIT. All of it is bad. Just make the processs based on MERIT and weed out people that use BIAS, and you get a better result. Is this hard for any to understand?

I have 2 H1B visa developers working for me on shore and they are paid the same as us citizens that the work with. Now the ones off shore are paid pennies compared to on shore

HB-1 visa employees are NOT part of DEI. It's the opposite. Fiserv and other companies are using Indian HB-1 hires as cheaper labor to replace qualified employees.
It's a cost cutting measure. They lay off well compensated employees and replace them with lower wage HB-1 employees. I want to see the data for Fiserv on this.
With Musk, data was released months ago about his layoffs. Employees were laid off and on the same document, he requested the identical number of HB-1 visa hires to replace them.
Please go on and tell me how DEI is at play because it isn't.
I don't believe any veteran with self respect wants handouts and DEI entitlement bullsh-t. I am a veteran and think the military council is stupid and don't condone creating these exclusive groups. It should not exist like other DEI groups.
Everyone is on the same team and we should hire the BEST people no matter what.
Nobody has to worry about DEI at Fiserv. There is so much outsourcing. Fiserv is just a sweat shop with a lucky few Americans who can be overpaid to make bad products like 3rd world countries. That's what Trump and Frank plan for the future. Enjoy!
