Working at Adidas has now become so disreputable that I'm embarrassed to admit I work here. It's not just the last blunder, this started a while ago. It's taking a toll on my mental health, and I know many of my coworkers feel the same way. I'm doing everything I can to escape this situation.

Welcome to the Amsterdam office, the biggest toxicity and nepotism hub. It's so bad that now when I interview for jobs, hiring managers joke about the horror stories they have heard about the product department at Adidas.
The brand is reputable but the people are not.
This is not a leadership plan. This is caused by absentee leadership. Leaders dont act as they should which is letting such sh-t progress
Seems everywhere I look people are on burnout leave. Can’t help but think it’s part of leadership plan to reduce headcount…….
