This is NOT pointless. Many of the whiners with 5% or more bonuses will understand that they could be a lot worse and get a lot less.
No i mean i worked 8.5 hours a day as opposed to the doing the normal 8. I am quiet quitting until i get the official notice! This way atleast i get 2 free days of pay...

These numbers are meaningless. People, if you are not a revenue generator or in a client facing group (like the previous ICG), you are not going to get as "big" of bonuses. They might have 25% - 60% of total comp come from bonus. You cannot compare yourself to someone in one of those roles. The jobs are different.
