I think the lack of innovation is due to this gang of fellows that proposed id--tic projects . The aim is to enrich themselves and scoot to retirement.

Great news but we are not really good at making Bluetooth (low energy) devices . The last effort with that fellow was a disaster. The project may fail especially if the device is not waterproof

I noticed one thing for the past 3 years the locations that complain about unfair treatment usually get the number of “slated for elimination” reduced or even cancelled

I know already of an handful . If you expect hundreds there hasn’t been something like that in years….
Every time we need to boost up results , we use the usual cut the costs = people. Each location is always under review and the weaker one get hit the most. It’s simply the easiest way.
No need to call what is Rezi best practice to maintain bonuses for exec “fake news!”
If someone does get that underlying DNA of Rezi they are most likely very junior employees or people with limited intellectual capabilities

From a marketing point of view France doesn’t have the tech know how nor is competent so better get rid of the rouviere disaster and move on to save what is salvageable

Poor performance in the market due to obsolete products is a cause of riffs and layoffs
As a matter of “good” practice, doing layoffs is never done in December but January- February. So cuts in Mougins are done at that time.
However we have seen a trend in Rezi which is when people make their voices heard strongly, the person that decided on the cuts will back off and create savings in another way, less short term.
