With the upcoming expected layoffs, can folks who have recently been laid off in the US share what their severance was? Please include C-level and location.

@OP The information is in the Citi Separation Pay Policy. (SPP). It is hard to find. Try the policy library or the HR help center. I don’t remember where I found it.
I was laid off in February and have completed my paid leave of 60 days (Tampa). I received my vacation pay with my last paycheck. If your age plus years of service =60 then you get your full year of vacation less any days used. Otherwise, you get what you have accrued less what you have used. Sick time is not paid.
The severance is based on a calculation of years of service and time at Citi. The basic calculation is two weeks pay for each year of service. There are some minimums and maximums that are too complicated to go into here.
Check to see if you can find the document on the Citi intranet or ask your colleagues, they might have it.

Thanks for the helpful feedback. Your responses accomplished nothing besides making you feel smug as you make the world a more toxic place. I tried to find in past posting and what is in the handbook is different than what I hear people got in recent rounds. I tried searching using Google and it su-ks at getting into thelayoff's history. Is there a good way to search thelayoff besides manually clicking through history?

Ill take "people that ask the same questions over and over when they could look it up for themselves" for $100.
You can easily get this information in 2 ways. Look on this forum since its been discussed at least 100 times, or look in your handbook where its clearly spelled out. Stop being part of the problem asking the internet and look it up yourself.
