Does anyone know the link to the NY/NYC WARN notices? I can find for 2025, but I see nothing posted for 2026 yet, whereas NJ already has listed... https://www.nj.gov/labor/assets/PDFs/WARN/2026_WARN_Notice_Archive.pdf

Citi won’t be posting WARN notices ahead of layoffs, they post it after. The WARN period is paid instead so you’re technically still an employee for the 2 or 3 month WARN period, paid, but with no access or working.
@ak it’s 3 months in NY/NJ. Only 2 FL.
There won’t be a WARN posting they’ll offer 2 months non working in lieu of. Don’t want to tip their hand. Same here in Tampa where I expect several hundred maybe 500 people to be let go.
