Anyone have insight into the future of FPM/Landmark/Optum at home?

Overheard one of higher ups say that Landmark for sure is getting benched.
These acquisitions by UHG and deploying these as internal vendor with no std processes is a nightmare . Landmark dispatch , Optum beh need to client focused providing best in class service . Each uhg subsidiary need to work independently to create rev and profit, in order to be viable in the long run. I think that is the truth.
