Just fire them all. They are all complicit even if they weren’t involved directly. They all turned a blind eye to it and let it go down and continue on

@v6 What'chu talkin' 'bout, Willis? All Defect Metrology personnel, especially GLs and engineers, are the paragons of competency. All are 10x engineers par excellence.

Based on all this they should definitely get rid of every leader and manager in the defect metrology space but retain the lower level workers.

This drama about the def met team is totally fake. The def met manager who recently retired is competent and respected in the field, enough so that he's already got a position lined up with a supplier to Intel starting mid February. I've never heard of any of this project stealing drama before

Why haven’t they completely gutted the def met team given all that has transpired?

Not only the board, top level of managements have near-zero technical knowledge.

The TD management of "Def Met" as someone mentioned, * he retired recently *. He does not know any technical, he just assembled Focus Team with 20 managers, stole a project we already did for fault detection. This manager stole our projects 3 times, and virtually destroyed our technical project teams. He kept on slow down people's work, and stole people's work (done by other group) into his group. This is very ridiculous. But it happens in Intel every day by these very negative managers.
