Does Kmart still have regional and district managers to support the Miami location?

The position was eliminated. The store manager of the KMART now reports directly to Eddie Lambert. Eddie also makes all purchasing and merchandising decisions himself.

People are forgetting that managers are needed despite the transition from physical retail to exciting e-commerce. Kmart.com and Sears.com have a large staff of retail industry leaders to manage inventory, presentations and promotions to keep both online properties in the forefront of retail innovation.

@1cyk+1v6g5QoB The merchandise was displayed just the way they wanted it 2 years ago and no one has moved a single item since then. No need for anyone to check on anything.
I don't know how they can stay open without district managers to check & see if their merchandise is displayed according to planogram.
Yes there is only one manager running both K-mart & Sears.He is a 17yr old high school student.He works between 15-18 hours a week.If you call him sometimes his mom will answer the phone so please be respectful.
They still have at least two warehouses. If you search for "warehouse" at jobs.sears.com, there are openings at distribution centers in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania (at 1 Kresge Road) and in Lawrence, Kansas (at 2400 Kresge Road).
Oh stop it. You know darn well they don’t. There is one manager that oversees the retail division- sears & kmart.
