I’m an MPT NRE in the U.S. and in desperate need of a 2/2/n package. What’s my chances?

ZERO...best thing is to lower your performance to get PIP's then take whatever they give you
NRE is a regulatory accommodation/protection for the company.
Has nothing to do with you, sorry to say.
So no reason to have mercy from company side.
The rate of MLRPs (managing lower ranked performers) is about to increase as the US study “continues”. Hang on tight, it’s about to get ugly. “There is a possibility of another retirement package as future training will only be geared towards the EARLY and MID career employees.” What a joke!! LATE career will be given the boot and the young children will be given false hope.
Zero chance
@ajm, Thanks for sharing this. I still need a couple of years myself before I have my 15 years, but if they’ll let me take the lump sum AND insurance..... ADIOS ! Please continue to keep us informed. Again, thank you.
I still need to verify it through the HR site but the Lump Sum is supposedly available to anybody now. Even if you resign voluntarily - no PIP, no layoff, just leave. Plans are to leave by July 1st - with or without SPOSA, Lump Sum...the only bump I'm trying to iron out is health insurance.
Pretty much zero. Desperate need? At least you still have a job unlike many. I'm not really feeling sorry for you.
I feel for you friend. The anguish and pain screams from your comment. Stay strong, do your best and just hold on; don't let the stress and mental pain overcome you. Praying for you!
Well. The entire state of Texas just froze over. Most anything could happen I guess.... anybody heard something credible?
Emphasis on credible......
