I will be landing at another company. Told leadership that it’s mainly about the move and the lack of backfill when we lost so many. I’m staying until Thanksgiving so I can wrap a few projects up and cover an absence. There are many ways I could have played it, but this works well for me. I like my team. Frank can get stuffed.

Great! I’ve heard a few have jobs lined up, they do not intend on giving anything other than 2 weeks or less notice.
Either way you go at least it’s on your own terms.
