Why not go all the way? What's stopping us from going all out with buying them? I thought we had endless money to empower us to be a global force in entertainment. If we lose out on this, I see another cut so big the wound will never heal.
He doesn’t care about Paramount. Buying it only brought him to the table. Especially, to make him a suitor for WB.

He always wanted Warner, It was mentioned in articles months ago. Paramount was just collateral damage, he doesn’t give a sh-t about the livelihoods affected by his greed to buy his way into Hollywood. Anything he says to employees is a fu--ing lie
I think this is all part of trump/MAGA plan to control media. They're already trying to nationalize the elections. I.e. for Feds to take over completely, this way we'll never know who the true winner is and trump can stay in power forever. Controlling more media is just one part of a multi-prong attack to dismantling what's left of US democracy and turning it into totalitarianism.
