Nice job if you can get it. And if 20,000 others have to lose their job in order to pay for this, I'm sure that's a cost he's willing to have those others pay.

Here is the AI eval of new CEO pay by end of 2027:
At target performance, Dan Schulman could make ~US$70 million or so through the end of 2027.
At maximum performance (assuming 200% payout on PSUs and full vesting), the amount could approach or exceed US$100 million, plus additional upside from supplemental PSUs tied to share-price performance.

He has some incentive to make things work!
