Penny doesn’t write her own speeches. There is a communication team that does that. It’s been that way for years.
@aj I wonder when Penny receives the speech title "Hungry, Humble, Hustle" if she looks at it and thinks to herself, "Oh my gosh! How am I going to deliver this with a straight face?" or if she reads it and thinks to herself, "This is gold Penelope, pure gold!" She is such a dimwit I am guessing it is the latter.
You don't understand. Her regurgitating ChatGPT written bullsh-t is her holding herself accountable for the mess she caused. It takes a lot of bravery on her part to periodically send out ELT members to explain why the firm is off track for almost every major goal of Project 2030. It takes a strong woman to admit that she has no idea what she's doing and allow the form to be ran by hired consultants and recycled executives for poorly ran banks. I feel sorry for anyone that can't appreciate the hungry humble hustle swag.
