Thread regarding Dell Inc. layoffs

5 day RTO

now that cat is out of the bag let's address daily hours.

we all know 6+ per day is expected. If that hasnt been communicated yet it eventually will be. You can count on it.

One thing is for sure. Dell is going to get more su-ky when you thought there's no more su-k left.

"They can't measure without clocking out"

Says who? They can see and track WiFi signals and other things just like HEB who tracks you through the store based on WiFi and Bluetooth on your phone, laptop and anything they associated with you.

I agree. Some AE's deserve their pay check but many sail by day to day without doing a full days work.

The worse AE's are the ones that don't see how poor an AE they are and think they are great at their job.

You can't measure this and you would have to have a mechanism for exceptions. Exceptions that would be in the tens of thousands of cases per week.

It’s still better than most places that expect 10-12 hour days. Dell is cushy AF.
